Today it is possible to compare against a repository and have the compare 
ignore whitespace.

I'd like to have an option for compare to ignore refactorings which do not 
semantically change the program.

Some similar work has already been done in Eclipse: the compare Java structure 
capabilities, i.e. if you move a method, no change in Java structure.

Good idea. But I think this requires some research. So it will not happend for 
2.x. Is an option for 3.x
