The RAP Runtime ships the org.junit 3.8.2 as jar.
This plug-in must be unpacked to be usable in a target platform. Else you won't be able to reference the packages.

The runtime build does not produce update-site output (with all plug-ins auto-jared) anymore.
Instead of this, the publish script packs all unpacked plug-ins and features as jars before creating a p2 repository.
