Steps to reproduce:
1. Start the Controls Demo with business design.
2. TableViewer Tab
3. Activate cell editors.
4. Click to edit the first column ( Text editor control )

The vertical alignment of the text field is fixed. Only border for the cell editors need to be fixed.
