Description Alvaro Sanchez-Leon CLA 2009-10-20 13:35:10 EDT
This report is the second part of Bug 292397

2) implement a tracking mechanism for the current active process per cpu
The reception of the different events e.g. sched schedule allows the
application to keep track of which process is currently running per cpu
,
Therefore it's possible to maintain a list of the running process per
cpu and therefore skip the search for the majority of the event receptions.
this mechanism is used in the C-code library but not implemented yet in
Java.
