Currently the Spinner supports the disabled state. But it's buttons (UpButton and DownButtons) does not support this state. So, it would be nice to theme the buttons disabled state separately from the Spinner. 
I have attached a screenshot that shows why this is needed. The disabled button looks broken because of the border.

"disabled" state is added to Spinner-UpButton and Spinner-DownButton.
