The fancy theme does not display icons on view tabs.

Hi Moritz,
the major goal of the new designs was to provide a much more cleaner UI than the original eclipse's one. So a main problem from the eclipse workbench is icons, icons, icons everywhere. So we decided to reduce the amount of icons by simply don't showing them. Another decision was to hide all view actions by default. So, I think we can't fix this bug and I will close it. If you really need to show the icons feel free to trigger the bug again.
