I noticed that the very same font's height is measured differently in FF3 and Chrome. The difference was 4px, which adds up quickly in TableItems or ListItems. We should check whether this difference is caused by a shortcoming in our client-side text size measurement.

Chrome vs. FF3 (Windows XP)

The Windows-versions dont have this problem, it seems.

The above screenshot is a little messed up because i also compared to IE before, but despite some other minor differences, the textsize seems to be exactly the same on all windows-browser.

Ok, then maybe this is a Chromium/Linux only issue. Closing as WORKSFORME.
