Some uploads involve, literally, hundreds of files. My own workspace contains dozen of files of usage data, each with only 25 lines of data. Need to check the logic that decides it's time to create a new file.

FILE_SIZE_THRESHOLD in UsageDataRecorder.java was set foolishly low. Fixed in HEAD.
