I want to add the "b3" component.

The PL needs use the bugzilla management tools in the portal to give you access to the eclipse.pde bugzilla data.  After that you should be able to access the management tools in the portal.

I have found the magic button to give Chris update writes to bugzilla. Please try it out, Chris. Click on "Tools for all committers" and then use the Bugzilla link.

This isn't valid anymore given that the b3 project now lives in EMFT.b3
