This one is weird.. I can use Bugzilla just fine, but IPZilla does not work at all, I only get empty web pages. Example link that does not work: https://dev.eclipse.org/ipzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=3555

On a Mac with Safari 4, I get: "Safari can’t open the page “https://dev.eclipse.org/ipzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=3555” because the server unexpectedly dropped the connection. This sometimes occurs when the server is busy. Wait for a few minutes, and then try again."

Apache was being nasty on one of the servers.  It has been shown who's the boss.
