Restore Default Values in properties view doesn't seem to work in the 
property sheet example.  

Steps:
In property sheet example (Add to Workspace: org.eclipse.ui.examples.propertysheet):
-Create a file called test.usr; open in an editor
-Open Properties view
-Open Outline view; expand until you see first names; select richard
-In Properties view, change the City field to Ottawa; hit enter to accept the new value
-Click on Restore Default Properties button on the Properties view toolbar; nothing happens

NOTES:
