eGit 0.5.0

At the moment, eGit does not accept URIs of the form:

user@host:relative_path

This is a severe limitation.

Yes, but Jean did not yet react on Shawn's comments. In addition this patch needs to be rebased to react on the recent move of all packages to the eclipse domain.
