Almost all eclipse.org services are very slow but bugzilla is unusable (page does not finish to load most of the time).

It looks like most of the needed data is (slowly) retrieved but one or several embedded/referenced files can't be loaded and hence the page does not load. When I set my browser into offline mode the page appears and is usable.

I guess the timeout increase mentioned in bug 289408 should not cause this (at least if only applied to rsync and pserver).

download.eclipse.org was just swamped... so I've redirected just about all our download traffic to AWS.  You should have better luck now.
