Theming for Spinner

This patch contains the theming for the spinner. I will commit it to the CVS when bug 291156 is fixed.

This zip file contains the icons for the spinner theming. They should be placed in org.eclipse.rap.design.example/theme/business/icons

A workaround exists for bug 291156. So, I have committed the changes to CVS HEAD.
