Description

And that's bad? I kinda like the feature... or Easter egg, call it as you will. I dislike it. It really feels like a bug. Like some element is being stretched into that whitespace where it shouldn't. Do people copy individual entries to their clipboard often enough that a single click for this is necessary? But if it's a personal preference thing, I'm fine to shut up. If you dislike it so much maybe a patch is what's necessary? I'm really indifferent. I guess I'm more interested in why the various planets' code diverges so much to cause something like this. Is there a canonical upstream for it? (In reply to comment #4) > I guess I'm more interested in why the various planets' code diverges so much > to cause something like this. Because they are customized. Planet is just a python script that fetches RSS entries and throws them into a template engine. The templates are our own creativity. I've added a section to the wiki. Feel free to submit a patch. :) http://wiki.eclipse.org/PlanetEclipseAdmins#CVS_Access |
