Just to clarify the "helpwanted" keyword; As of Sept 2009, there are currently no plans to implement UML 2.3, in the Helios timeframe, unless provided by the community.

Support for UML 2.3 will not be provided (at least not directly), as doing so would essentially double the effort of migrating to UML 2.4 and complicate the already complicated support for interchange based on various versions of UML2. The UML2 project will support interchange of artifacts based on versions of UML that it has provided implementations of (only), namely 2.0, 2.1, 2.1.1, 2.2, 2.4 (per bug 327039), and, hopefully soon, 2.4.1 (per bug 351774).
