Throughout the EMF 2.5 and UML2 3.0 release development, these projects are
likely to change their code generation templates from time to time.  The OCL
component should stay current with these templates and regenerate when they are
changed, especially because the Ecore and UML metamodels themselves will be
regenerated when these changes occur.
Also keep an eye on EMF, UML 2 changes so that the backwards compatibility with MDT OCL 1.3.0 is maintained.

1.4.0 abandoned as too difficult to maintain concurrently with 3.0.0 and as undermined by the EMF EModelElement inheritance change.
