In PackageNavigator using "Package Presentation - Hierarchial" i cant mouse-Dragdrop package into another.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create Java-Project and package "galaxy.earth" and "galaxy.tree".
2. In Package-Navigator change "Package Presentation" to "Hierarchial".
3. Try Drag Package "tree" into "earth".




Example describs usualy scientific perception.

No plans to do this. You can rename the package to "galaxy.earth.tree".
