I would like a toggle in the navigator to show only the open resources.
Or perhaps this could be a separate view which I could make a fast view.
A separate "open resources view" should have a toggle to sort by resource hierarchy
(similar to the navigator) or alphabetically.

This would be an alternative way to find an open editor rather than using the
editor tab bar arrow buttons.

I like this idea of an "open resources view"!! It is a real pain to manipulate all those
little editor tabs. To be really fancy, it could have an extensible set of layouts, such as:

	- resource hierarchical view
	- type hierarchy view
	- sorted list view (by name or by path)
	- stack-based view (most recently opened at the bottom)

This would also allow multi-select and range select for closing views. Currently,
if I want to close 20 of the 30 editors currently open, it takes a lot of fine motor
control mouse work... very tiring on the hands.
