Investigation will be done to improve performance of equinox for both CPU and memory usage.  For example, some of the bottlenecks that slowdown the p2 resolver/engine/etc. will be improved and investigation to improve performance of the framework resolver.

Several improvements have been made in p2, such as, improving reconciler performance, resolver and calculating an explanation.  Closing as fixed for 3.6.
