When modifying the type of an Operation, the operation is not refreshed correctly and the type displayed is still the old value.

Still doesn't work for me. 

Steps to reproduce this bug :
1° Create an operation in a class
2° Select this operation and go to the advanced property tab
3° Select a type to this operation : the operation is refreshed, and the type is displayed as return of the operation
4° Modify the type of this operation : the operation is not refreshed, the type displayed is still the old one.
