in order to bring more attention to the themes, we should add a sample theme to the tooling templates.

Patch for org.eclipse.rap.ui.templates

The patched code creates brandings for all three templates and gives them a theme or design.

Mail Demo -> applies Business Design
Hello World -> applies Business Theme
Single View -> applies Fancy Theme

I think this will bring more attention to the designs/themes.

Patched version of  org.eclipse.rap.ui.templates

This is a compiled version of the patched bundle org.eclipse.rap.ui.templates. I have attached this to make the testing simpler.

I have made little changes.

Single View -> Fancy Theme
Hello World -> Default Theme
Mail Demo -> Business Design

Changes are in CVS HEAD now.
