I upgraded eclipse (from Ganymede to Galileo, ), then tried to run an ant build script. It did nothing, except showed an all-white console. No error message.
I checked the ant settings in the preferences, and found that it was still using the old ant home location, which didn't exist anymore because the new eclipse comes with a newer ant. After updating the ant home location, it worked.
