When creating an operation in a Interface or a Datatype, the label displayed is always "default". 
Moreover, it is never refreshed.

this is the same case as property 
Policies to update label was always put for operationEditpart3.
I have added it on all other properties. so I will commit on genmodel and generate code a the end of the day

It is added and the regeneration is done  at the same time that the bug 288631
