We will invest in improving the platform debug infrastructure, including enhancing
the breakpoints view, improving the Debug breadcrumb view, and support for launch configuration templates.

The planned work is completed for 3.6:

* Breakpoints view enhancements (detail panes, asynchronous viewer, custom content)
* Debug bread crumb enhancements and launch templates were deferred
