When the Available Updates wizard completes its work, one is presented with an alert captioned "Software Updates" and which reads "It is strongly recommended you restart Eclipse SDK [...] Would you like to restart now?". The button choices are Yes, No, and Apply Changes.

What could the difference possibly be between No and Apply Changes? (I know what the difference is, but a novice won't, not right away in any case.) It seems a sentence ought to be added, something like: "It is strongly recommended you restart Eclipse SDK [...] Would you like to restart now? If you click No, the changes will not be implemented until Eclipse is restarted." The last button should also rather read "Apply Changes Now".

Reproducible: Always
