While working with OEPE, I noticed that if the server overview windows is open for a remote server and the remote server is deleted, the view is not closed automatically

at this point, I am able to undeploy proejcts from the remote server via this view.

this in turn create a new server entry in the server view

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
create a remote server
open server overview
deploy a dwp to remote server
delete server
click eys when prompted to delete running server
select project in overview and undeploy
notice that a new server is being created

This is in reference to an Oracle-specific feature (manipulating the server via JMX), but I concur with the general thrust of this bug. The server overview editor should be closed when a corresponding server instance is deleting. If it is left open and the user performs operations in that editor, any number of undesirable behaviors can result.
