Submitting a task with changes to the summary fails with server error.  Screenshot attached.

The server error appears to be related to a legal resolution being set -- however no resolution should be required since the Actions section of the task editor is left alone.

The repository configuration doesn't appear to be available. I've sent a quick email to webmaster to investigate.

I just posted an update to this bugs summary and after a few internal server errors... it succeeded. Let wait until the configuration is back up and go from there.
