If you start Papyrus without Class diagram: plugin org.eclipse.papyrus.diagram.clazz closed, the advanced tab in properties view is not available. This tab shouldn't be dependent of class diagram plugin.

To do that we need to add this extension point in each diagram.
I create a task in order to add this in the cookbook. see Bug 288362
