Borders are sometimes not displayed correctly in IE.

1. When zooming the document, borders are sometimes drawn in the wrong pixel-row/column. This is especially striking with complex borders (e.g. "outset") and/or while dragging a shell. This glitch is also present in pure Qooxdoo-applications. There is probably nothing that can be done against this glitch.

2. When opening a new shell (with an "outset" border), the border seems to be 1px at first, then when hovering the shell with the mouse, the border is displayed correctly. This seems not to be present in pure Qooxdoo-applications.

Issue no.2 seems to have been fixed at some point, at least for IE8.
