Steps To Reproduce:
1. Open legacy update manager
2. select Galilaio Discovery Site or Eclipse Project Updates Site
3. Click net or finish


More information:
Both the Galileo Discovery Site and the Eclipse Project Updates Site are both returning a 404 when selected in the legacy update manager.

The legacy update manager is not capable of reading P2 repositories unless the maintainer of the site provides a legacy site.xml file. That file was deliberately omitted from the repositories mentioned.

I'm closing this bug as invalid since the legacy update manager was never intended to read anything but legacy update sites.
