Submitted in response to request by Martin Aeschlimann

Need to be able to configure the Eclipse Java editor to always use a certain  
line delimiter type.

Currently, for new files the system line delimiter is taken. For existing
documents, the existing delimiter is used.

Need to allow the user to set a default line delimiter in the editor 
preferences.
