Steps To Reproduce:
1. Log in into forums site: http://www.eclipse.org/forums/index.php
2. Click 'Search'
3. Admire the page without search entry box, and 'search now' button.


More information:
I checked my browser settings, and I have Java and Javascript enabled, so that is likely not the cause of the problem.

The built-in search will need to be removed, and we'll need to leverage our Google CSE for this.  The built-in search is simply not designed for the volume of traffic we see, nor for the size of our forums.

We're using our Google CSE.  It's not perfect, but it works.  There are other bugs opened requesting we tweak the CSE.
