Steps To Recreate Problem:
Go to Help > Help Contents
Click Workbench User Guide.
Click Reference > User interface information > Views and editors > Ant editor

Problem description in detail:
The linkage for 'Outline view' in Ant editor panel is broken.
But the 'Outline view' topic in the navigation tree of the Help Contents is available.

The file name is http://127.0.0.1:1784/help/topic/org.eclipse.platform.doc.user/reference/ref-anteditor.htm.

Could you pls help to check?
