1. From the main menu select Window - Open Perspective -> Other
2. Click on XML and then click OK
3. From the main menu select File -> New
4. Verify the following in red is translated

Problem Description:
There should be some qualifiers added to "XML" and "DTD", like "XML file" and "DTD file". Could you please update English strings?

As of 27.08 this defect was not handled nor resolved (build 20090826-1600-nl2-win32). I'm deferring this defect, please consider fixing it in next release.

I know XML has been buffed up to use "XML File". We'll look into updating DTD to DTD File in 3.3.
