The naming of the 'Layout' view menu in the Type Hierarchy, JUnit, Variables and Call Hierarchy view should be simplified:


&Horizontal View Orientation ==> &Horizontal
&Vertical View Orientation ==>   &Vertical 
&Automatic View Orientation ==>  &Automatic
