At the conclusion of bug 270996, we decided one staging directory would suffice for all time ... that we didn't need a different one for each release. And that's still true ... 

But, we forgot about maintenance. 

We are attempting to aggregate Galileo maintenance and Helios during the same periods of time (from now to next February). 

So ... I suggest we have an additional /releases/maintenance
directory where we could stage galileo maintenance builds. These will eventually go into /releases/galileo. 

Then, we could use /releases/staging as intended, to stage code that would go into /releases/helios for each Helios milestone. 

Which reminds me :) we'll need a /releases/helios soon (e.g. next week!).
