The following errors were found in Java properties files.
Note: The line number may be off by 1 or 2 lines.

ECLIPSE\PLUGINS\ORG.ECLIPSE.DRAW2D\
  OVERVIEW.HTML        HTML-32     833   Missing META tag.  Required CHARSET value must be defined in this file.
