sample wsdl

Steps for reproduce
1.Create WSDL file
2. In "Source" tab add annotation in wsdl:portType
<xsd:annotation>
 <xsd:documentation>
   Annotation
 </xsd:documentation>
</xsd:annotation>
3. This annotation be added to the Properties/Extensions tab
4.Remove this annotation. 
5. This annotation don't removed from the Properties/Extensions tab
6. Ctrl-z, Ctrl-y : annotations will be added to Properties/Extensions tab
