This is a tracker bug for our 0.3 release.

No blocker bugs, docuware is finished, IP log has been approved.  Now we just have to finalize a bit of testing, tag our branches, run a signed build and verify it installs.

Review call is most likely going to be held on 2009-08-19.  Pending any issues brought up in the review, we will be able to release afterwards.

Release is scheduled for tomorrow (2009-08-19).  Bits are in place so that mirror propagation happens.  The website changes and announcements will occur tomorrow.
