Add short-cut to Select All context menu in the Test Navigator.

The Select All context menu in the Test Navigator needs the same short-cut as the Select All menu in the Edit menu. 

See 195203.  

Requires a new test case added to /org.eclipse.hyades.test.ui.navigator.tests/manual/Test.UI.TestNavigator_bugzilla_195203.testsuite, including the test for the copy and select all actions in /org.eclipse.hyades.test.ui.navigator.tests/manual/Test.UI.TestNavigator_bugzilla_242701.testsuite (once the new test have been created, Test.UI.TestNavigator_bugzilla_242701.testsuite can be removed from CVS and http://wiki.eclipse.org/TPTP_Test_Tools_Project_Tests).

Correction, we have until July 31, 2009 to make minor documentation and string changes that will be translated in TPTP 4.6.1.

The solution is reuse the IWorkbenchCommandConstants.EDIT_SELECT_ALL action definition ID to display the Ctrl-A shortcut on teh Test Navigator context menu.  Since we did not have define a new command, no new test case(s) or changes to Test.UI.TestNavigator_bugzilla_242701.testsuite are required.

The attached patches are checked in to CVS (HEAD).
