This plugin is not a generated plugin. So it doesn't need two different source folders. 

Thus, the custom-src folder should be removed.

Most of these classes came from Moskitt sources. 
We should merge these with papyrus custom code to avoid duplicate behaviors.

People in charge of moskitt diagrams based should use papyrus common classes and delete step-by-step the unused classes

a folder called OldCode contains all classes that are not used.
Now it exists only one source file : src
I remains to refactor package and classes
