We should create a feature for all of the OProfile test plugins.  It should be added to org.eclipse.linuxtools.test-feature/feature.xml in the includes section.  The OProfile test plugins that are currently in org.eclipse.linuxtools.test-feature/feature.xml should be moved to this newly-created test feature.
