Description:
Label's width and height do not work in DOC

Build:
2.5.1.v20090715-0630

Steps to reproduce:
1. Insert a label to the report
2. Set label's width and height in advance
3. Set border on label
4. Preview in doc

Actual result:
Label's width and height do not work in DOC

Expect result:
Label's width and height in doc should work the same as html/pdf

Error log:
N/A

width is not supported in word.

Can not fix this issue due to word's limitation.
