1. Create a new project not in the default folder 'workspace'.
Try to move the project into 'workspace' folder: 
2. In the 'Move Project' dialog, deselect the 'Use default location' check-
box.  
3. Click Browse and specify the location used by deafult -
 'workspace\<project_name>'.

You will get the error message informing about folder overlap.

1) The error message cannot be read if paths are quite long.  
2) The error message should not appear at all, because the specified path is 
valid.
You can move the project to this location using the 'Use default location' 
check-box.

appearance of error is worng - path is correct

Appears to be fixed in 2.0.2.
