The <update> descriptor on a feature group is currently generated to match all previous versions of the feature with the same id.

We should allow using the p2.inf to change the version range or even the id of the feature we are updating.

Andrew, I'm working on this as part of bug 279015 (update descriptor advice for all IUs, not just feature groups).  Can you let me know if there is something specific to feature groups?
