simple patch to behave like the mac none

Description Mike Schrag CLA 2009-07-04 14:02:21 EDT
Created attachment 140803 [details]
simple patch to behave like the mac

Build ID: I20090611-1540

Steps To Reproduce:
Currently, if you have autoscrolling on and you scroll up, it always automatically scrolls to the bottom. OS X has much nicer behavior for autoscroll. When you are at the bottom, it autoscrolls, but if you scroll up, it will not. This allows you to sit at the bottom and have it scroll for you, but if you see something interesting, you can scroll up to it without bouncing around.
