Some users are having problems installing from the AJDT update site.  I believe that this is because Eclipse.org is automatically forwarding all download requests to mirrors, but not all mirrors have synced yet.  Some users are getting "Artifact not found" errors when being forwarded to a mirror that has not synced yet.

How can I force syncing with all mirrors?

We don't have any 'direct' control over when mirrors sync.  For the yearly release and SR1 and SR2, we(webmaster) send a note to our mirrors requesting that they sync, but we still have to rely on the mirror admins to do that.
