Steps To Reproduce:
If you define a perspective contribution via extension point, Eclipse RCP allows to place the view relative  "org.eclipse.ui.editorss".

Eclipse RAP is currently missing this. Can you add it?

I can confirm this bug.

Problems View shows:
Referenced identifier 'org.eclipse.ui.editorss' in attribute 'relative' cannot be found
