The action enabling to reaname a diagram within the model explorer does not work.

The renaming action works. The diagram is correctly renamed. 
But, the name is not refreshed in the editor tab.
Closing and reopening the diagram shows the changed name.

The tab is not refreshed because the name is owned by the notation model. The sasheditor only listen on the sashdi model. It doesn't know any other model (and it shouldn't).
We need to find a mechanism allowing to refresh the tab's name.

The tab are now refreshed correctly.
